Paul Diamond worked with the Free Speech Union. Simon Isherwood a train conductor, was dismissed after making comments in relation to workplace webinar on inclusion addressing White Privilege:

This case addresses the contentious issue of private enterprises engaging with the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion agenda.  Highly contentious political issues are promoted to the workforce, and where dissent may have consequences for employment as Simon found out.

Simon won his case as the employer was interfering with free speech: and the dismissal was unreasonable.
