Paul Diamond has been instructed by Jeff and Sue Green to take their case to the European Court of Human Rights, Strasbourg on their right to work in the public square in conformity with their Christian principles. Jeff and Sue Green belief that marriage is between a man and a woman; they aver that they do not discriminate, but a civilised society should respect their religious conscience. The case was rejected by the European Court.
